Flexible ink supply system options

No recirculation

A simple ink supply can be used for the simplest integration.

Ink flows to the channels and is ejected through the nozzles with no ink recirculation.

Pulsed TF Technology re-circulation

Ink is recirculated only when the printhead is not jetting

Delivering benefits in reliability while maintaining simplicity of implementation.  During non-jetting periods the ink is recirculated past the back of the nozzles.

Example. During the space between boxes on the conveyor or when you activate the cleaning cycle.

Full TF Technology recirculation

Continuous ink flow at a high rate directly past the back of the nozzle during drop ejection.

Air bubbles and unwanted particles present in the fluid are carried away.

Improves reliability in the harshest industrial environments.
