Pushing the boundaries of inkjet innovation
We're strong believers in creating a good work-life balance and make wellbeing a priority for all our people. That's why we have flexible working hours and have events throughout the year focused on health and wellbeing. There's also an employee assistance programme for any confidential help and support we may all need from time to time.
We reward outstanding or exceptional performance for anyone who has gone above and beyond at any point during the year. We encourage people to nominate colleagues for an award which may range from a thank you card to a gift voucher.
