Purpose of Role
The Product Manager for Digital Inkjet Products and Services will drive the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our digital inkjet product line. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Scale
This role oversees a portfolio of digital inkjet products and services, impacting global markets and contributing significantly to the company's revenue and market share.

Freedom to Make Decisions
The Product Manager has the autonomy to make strategic decisions regarding product development and marketing strategies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.

Complexity
Managing digital inkjet products involves navigating complex technical specifications, market trends, and customer requirements. The role requires balancing innovation with practicality to deliver high-quality products.

Planning Horizon
The planning horizon for this role spans from short-term tactical initiatives to long-term strategic planning, typically ranging from quarterly reviews to multi-year product roadmaps.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and End of Life (EOL) management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Define product requirements and specifications.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements.
- Manage and report on market trends and product margins.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital printing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital inkjet technology and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
